株式会社伸和は、1973年伸和医理科設備株式会社として医療に関わる 設備を専門に扱う企業として創業しました。1984年、事業内容の多角化に伴い社名を株式会社伸和と変更し、本社ビルを新築完成いたしました。日本では馴染みのうすかった「健康開発」に関する海外からの情報を収集し、欧米の健康開発や褥瘡・創傷に関する優れた考えや機器の輸入・販売を始めました。
また医療機器を安心して使用していただくための保守点検および修理業務に取り組み、万一の場合でも迅速な対応が可能な地域に密着した体制を築いてきました。
40年の節目を迎え、私達は改めて「歴史に学び、今を考え」原典（点）回帰をします。「健康の質を高める」事業を実行し、「共利共生」を実現いたします。

Founded on the Principle of improving the quality of health, we celebrated our 40th Anniversary.　

In 1973, we started business as Shinwa Irika Setsubi Co., Ltd, specializing in the medical equipment and accommodation for medical facilities.
In 1984, due to the diversification of the business, we changed our company name to Shinwa Medical, Inc. and also completed the construction of our own company office building. We had been gathering the information about Health development from abroad and began to import the concept and goods, relating to the health development and the bed sores/ wounds. In those days, such our concepts were unfamiliar in Japan . Then, later on, we started the business of the maintenance and repair of the medical equipment for using them in safe and timely manner.
We also have been setting up the specialist repair and maintenance service system for medical facilities, enabling them to respond in case of urgency. Per to the 40 years milestone, we again look back our company’s basic objective―"Learn from History and Think in the Present" We will continue to pursue our objective through our business practices – “ enhance the quality of health in society” and will achieve a symbiosis-contribute to society and benefit to our company.
